Cladding Softwashing

Cladding is widely used to weatherproof a structural framework of building and can come in many materials. Like most surfaces when new, cladding looks unspoilt and clean but it too can become unsightly when algae starts to gather and breed on the surface. While we tend to treat UPVc cladding differently, the majority of cladding can be cleaned via low pressure steam, Softwashing or a combination of both. 

Using adapted long reach pole systems widely used in the window cleaning industry, we are able to carefully apply specialist cleaning chemicals in a controlled and safe manner. We are careful to choose the correct cleaning solution for the surface to be treated to ensure that we eradicate the risk of damage. Where it is not feasible to use long reach poles, we can access areas using mechanical access equipment using safe and trained operators. The use of Softwashing will kill and clean the root of all biological growth and the results will last much longer than steam cleaning alone.
